Livestock Farming

At Buka Agro Exporters, livestock farming is one of our main areas of operation. We rear both cattle and goats on well-managed farms that follow practical animal husbandry practices. Our goal is to raise healthy animals that produce quality meat and milk for both local consumption and export markets.

Our cattle are mainly reared for dairy and beef production. We select breeds that adapt well to local conditions and provide consistent output throughout the year. The animals are fed on balanced diets made from natural pasture and supplementary feeds grown on our farms. We maintain clean water sources, proper housing, and regular veterinary care to ensure the best animal health and productivity.

Goat rearing forms another strong part of our livestock program. Goats are valued for their resilience and high-quality meat, which is in growing demand both locally and abroad. We manage them in open grazing systems that allow natural feeding while controlling disease through routine checkups and vaccinations.

We take animal welfare seriously. Each stage of rearing is monitored to maintain hygiene, prevent stress, and promote good growth. The manure from our livestock is also recycled as organic fertilizer for our crops, creating a natural balance between farming and livestock management.
